Job Duties: Prepare financial reports; Establish table of accounts; Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences; Implement document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current technology; Maintain and handle accounts and records of private and government/trade accounts checking the invoices with accurate informations for billing; Monitor aging of accounts and do follow ups; Recording of payments received; Assists in the conduct of inventory of real property and equipment, recording information such as the description, value and location of the property; Do payroll; Do other related duties assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accountancy; 48 months of progressive work experience in the same job category; Current on computer technology and knowledge of accounting software application; Skill on verbal and written communication; Customer service and telephone etiquette.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Three-Fourths Guarantee. Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the worker while travelling from employee’s origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
