Job Title: Accountant
Job Duties: Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports of the corporations’ budgeted cost vs actual costs. Compute tax owned and prepare tax return such as BGRT, EWTR, Bar Tax, 1120CM, 941 SS, and other tax forms related to the business. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop Implement and modify and document record keeping and and accounting systems such as Peachtree complete accounting QuickBooks online software. Preparation of payroll and payroll taxes. Prepare cash flow. Report to the management regarding the finances of the company. Analyze business operation, cost, sales and financial commitments to project future revenues and expenses and advise the management. Communicate and represent the company before CNMI Revenue and Taxation and Internal Revenue Service regarding tax related issues

Qualification Requirements: Must have Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree. Must have minimum of three years working experience as an Accountant. Knowledgeable in Microsoft in office processional accounting software such as QuickBooks online and Peachtree complete accounting. Must be proficient in tax returns preparation of all applicable CNMI and Federal taxes. Flexible, can work with minimal or no supervision and must be able to meet deadlines. Effective follow up skills. Demonstrate a highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communication. Knowledge in utilizing various office equipment and software. Willing to work flexible hours including holiday and weekends

Comments: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. Selected applicant will work full time with at least 40 hours per week and will be paid 1.5 X the rate specified in excess of 40 hours per week. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Daily transportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employer if applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge; all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to workers or tends to assist workers in securing if applicable. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker if applicable.
