Job Title: Housekeeping Worker
Job Duties: Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households or commercial establishment.Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors. and other areas so that health standards are met. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machine. Empty waste baskets. Empty and clean astray and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Perform other related duties as assigned.

MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO BEND, STRETCH, TWIST OR REACH WITH YOUR BODY, ARMS AND/OR LEGS. THE ABILITY LISTEN TO AND UNDERSTAND INFORMATION AND IDEAS PRESENTED THROUGH SPOKEN WORDS AN SENTENCES. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND MUST POSSES A FRIENDLY AND GOOD MANNERS

Comments: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. Selected applicant will work full time with at least 35 hours per week and will be paid 1.5 X the rate specified in excess of 40 hours per week. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Daily transportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employer if applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge; all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to workers or tends to assist workers in securing if applicable. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker if applicable.
