Job Title: Driver/Sales Worker
Job Duties: Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipts. Drives trucks to deliver products/merchandise. Writes customer orders and sales contracts according to company guidelines. Informs regular customers of new products and price changes. Listens to and resolves customers' complaints regarding products. Records sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record. Calls on prospective customer to solicit new business. Informs customers of new products and price changes. Arranges merchandise and sales promotion displays and issues sales promotion materials to customers. Reviews lists of customers and loads merchandise in trucks. Travel to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan.

Qualification Requirements: High school diploma (may be foreign equivalent) and 12 months of experience as Driver/Sales Worker for wholesaler OR 6 months of experience as an Associate Sales Representative for wholesaler company and 6 months of experience as a salesman (any industry).

Fringe Benefits: Employer paid medical/dental insurance ($251/month); 5 days paid vacation leave after 1 year of employment, 7 days paid vacation leave after 2 years of employment, 10 days paid vacation leave after 3 years of employment; & 5 days paid sick leave per year after completing 90 days from commencement of employment. Employer will assist workers in securing housing consisting of a bedroom with shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and shared living room/dining space at a monthly rate, excluding utilities, of $200 per bedroom or $100 if 2-person shared bedroom. Worker will be provided with daily transportation to and from lodging to work site.
Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022. The job opportunity requires the worker to travel, in an Employer provided vehicle, to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
