| Job Title: | ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER |
| Job Duties: | This occupation will supervise 1 Accounts Payable Supervisor; 1 Accounting Supervisor; 1 Accounting Clerk and 1 Accountant. Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Compute figures such as balances, totals, or commissions. Compute figures such as balances, totals, or commissions. Examine documents to verify adherence to requirements. Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting departments goals. Monitor processing of invoices. Ensure timely collection of payments. Conduct credit checks. Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and needed forecasting reports. Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits. Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law. Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members. Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles. Stay updated on industry and legislative changes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: minimum U.S. diploma/degree required - Associate's Degree Major in Finance and Accounting. Work Experience: number of months required: 24 months Special Requirements: Proficient in Accounting Software - System Application of Product in Data Processing (SAP). Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
