| Job Duties: | Prepare financial statements, business activity, financial reports, financial position forecasts, annual budget or report, as required; Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns ensuring compliance with payments, reporting or other tax requirements; Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; Directly reports to management regarding finances of establishment; Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts; Receive and record reimbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures; Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs; Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses; Process payroll, bank reconciliation; and Do other related duties from time to time. |

| Comments: | Three-Fourths Guarantee. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence. The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. |
