| Job Duties: | Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. Perform data entry and scan documents. Manage calendar for managing directors. Assists in resolving any administrative problems. Run company errands to post office, office supply store, and etc. Answer call from customer regarding their inquiries. Ability to effectively communicate via phone, email and other communication tools ensuring that all inquiries, request, and task are completed and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Act as the point of contact of internal and external clients. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s Degree. 24 months proven administrative assistant experience, to have an employment certification that shows the background work experience is related to the job position he/she is applying or preferably relates and have knowledge to the business field and/or willing to be trained. Ability to have the following skills: Writing- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Active Listening- giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Reading Comprehension- understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Speaking- talking to others to convey information effectively. Time Management- managing one’s own time and the time of others. |
