Job Title: Supervisor Receptionist
Job Duties: •Provide direction, supervision, guidance and be able to hold accountability to all employees involved in the daily operations of the division •Maintain and enforce departmental policies and procedures •Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) •Oversee the supervision of employees which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution •Contribute to team effort and accomplish related results as required •Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance •Conduct shift briefings to ensure company activities and operational requirements are known •Review and recommend updates for department policies and procedures •Attend and develop training sessions offered by Company •Consistently uphold and improve the property’s accommodation quality and suitability •Collect, evaluate and respond (as appropriate) to guests’ feedback •Respond to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner •Prepare reports, upon request by the Assistant Manager, of pertinent data •Adhere to all Company policies and procedures •Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to Assistant Managers •Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience •2 years of experience in a management role in guest services and/or tour operations of a 5-star international hotel/resort •Clear understanding of the protocols of market trends •Be able to speak, read, and write in English •Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin •Be computer and POS software literate •Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets •Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted •Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure •Ability to work a flexible schedule

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
