Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER
Job Duties: Develop, review and execute administration strategies planning, SOP, policies & procedures, long and short term goal, improvement program implementation, and other analysis reports in adherence to Company business objective, goal, mission and vision. Ensure administration policies comply and consistent with Company policies. Formulate, review and monitor usage of employee housing, shuttle bus, employee dining and meals, department office equipment, and office expansion according to the Company policies and business needs. Provide and manage administration financial and budget reporting according to business need. Research, identify, and negotiate agreement with landlord for short and long term leasing for Company office and employee housing usage. Plan, review and allocate employee housing according to Company policies for the employee who meet the employee housing entitlement. Follow up and coordinate with maintenance technician for all kind of employee housing inspection and maintenance and provide report in a timely manner. Arrange car rentals for senior management and employee for long term or temporary usage according to the business needs and Company policies. Handle the HR&A service counter operations and day-to-day employees enquiries. Manage personnel functions such as recruiting, selection, training, coaching, and employees performance evaluation. Drive and lead HR&A special projects as required. Perform and complete ad-hoc assignments and projects assign from the Company, management or director on timely manner.

Qualification Requirements: Excellent knowledge of labour regulations and labor dispute procedures is required. Must possess proven track record in participating and handling labor lawsuit with district court. Must demonstrate ability and well versed knowledge with government business license, zoning, and other applications process related to business need. Strong business acumen in pricing negotiation and drafting leasing and administration services agreement is a must. Excellent interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills is highly required. Good analytical skills and complete report in timely manner. Good in English in both speaking and writing. Ability in other language such as Chinese, Japanese, Korea or other is highly preferred. Proficient in computer literature and skills in Microsoft Office applications. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
