| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, boiler making, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, masonry, painting, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and balancing new equipment and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. Responsible for overall maintenance of the apartment complex/building and all areas related to the daily maintenance operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1) At least 12 months work experience. 2) Proven previous maintenance and repair work experience. 3) Skilled in the use of hand & power tools 4) Able to check blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary. 5) Must know how to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches 6) Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. 7) Must have experience in performing routine maintenance and has eye for details. |
