Job Title: Host Coordinator
Job Duties: Welcome patrons, seat them at tables, and help ensure quality of facilities and services. Performs incidental duties to furnish service and maximize profitability, also helps in banquet set-up and service. Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas. Assist customers with seating arrangements and assign them to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seating. Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls, as well as provide customers with general information or assistance. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Collect payments from customers. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Other related duties and responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in hospitality. High School or College degree is required. Assist customers with seating arrangements, provide exceptional customer service and self-starter. Previous cashiering experience required. Fluent in English and able to communicate with diverse cultures. Fluent in Korean, Chinese, Russian, or Japanese is preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
