| Job Duties: | Job description: Physical Therapy Aide assists the Physical Therapist in conducting therapy sessions. Job duties and responsibilities. Assists Physical Therapist in the clinic within the guidelines set out by the CNMI Physical Therapist Licensure Act. Assists the Physical Therapist per CNMI Licensure Act; Assist with and/or conducting therapy session with the patient in accordance with individual treatment plans, observing and relaying individual response to therapy; Maintain equipment and material to a safe and therapeutic environment; Record data progress during therapy sessions; Perform administrative duties within scope of practice; Answer inquiries; Order supplies; Straighten and clean rooms; Assist patients with keeping track of counting exercises; Other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's of Science degree (preferably in health-related field such as Physical Therapy, Pre-Physical Therapy, Nursing, and the like) and/or Bachelor's degree with training certificates. At least twelve (12) months of work experience assisting in therapeutic activities; - Knowledge of therapeutic methods and techniques in rehabilitation therapy; - Ability to assist physical therapists and nurses, to maintain records, to prepare concise reports, to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, and to communicate effectively. He/she also must be flexible, honest, reliable, dependable, team worker, experience working in a Christian clinic environment is a plus, professional, and willing to adhere to the rules and regulations of the employer. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
