| Comments: | This job opportunity is a full time temporary position, Workdays Monday to Friday Work hours, 8 am to 5 pm. With this position employer also offers the three fourth guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period (or 6 week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days). Transportation and subsistence. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the workers transportation and susbsistence costs from the place of reimbursement to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier. |
