| Job Duties: | • Manage interior design for new or renovated projects in Owner’s portfolio with internal and external design teams. • Monitor budget and implementation plan for design, construction and procurement. • Act as representative and guardian of the preliminary and concept during the design phase. •Reviews all interior design plans, FF&E specs, submittal and drawings prepared by vendor, consultants and in-house design team. •Performs all phases of design by participating as member of in-house design/creative team to assist in the design direction for each project and individual interior consultants. •Review selection of vendors and review substitutions. •Monitor and manage the vendors work product to keep it within budget estimated established for the project. •Analyzing architectural plans, drawings & making amendments using computer-aided design applications (CAD) •Direct, coordinate and manage all design activities •Oversee project budgets and installation schedules to ensure on-time project completion •Help develop brand design standards and implement ongoing brand aesthetic policy •Effectively prioritize multiple projects concurrently •Review and understand, with professional proficiency, detailed construction documents •Act as liaison between third party architects and design firms and CEO and head of Hotel Group •Perform other related duties as assigned. •Drive ad-hoc project as required •Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Urban Planning or equivalent working experience. •6 years leadership and design experience. •Knowledge within the property / hospitality sector, having successfully delivered projects in Asia Pacific. • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage situations with diplomacy. •Capable of handling and supervising projects independently from concept design to project completion. •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop software. •Good at English & Mandarin preferred. •Solid ability to run a design and execution team with ease. •Excellent communication and leadership skills is highly required. •Able to multi-task. |

| Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
