| Job Duties: | Perform routine maintenance, such as maintaining the pipe systems and drainage of the facility; Operate and maintain the water system (reverse osmosis system), test and treat water supply; Assemble, install, or repair pipe fittings and plumbing systems of the facility; Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork or other parts of building structures; Perform heavy cleaning duties like removal of rubbles, debris and other waste materials to keep the building and its facilities clean and free from hazards; Fabricate or repair wooden structures, such as counters, cabinets and other related objects; Secure the building facilities, by placing chemicals and solutions in proper storage and conduct proper disposal of used chemicals; Operate power tools and equipment to perform duties and secure/organize in the storage; Monitor building security and conduct safety checks; Do other related duties from time to time. |
