| Job Duties: | Create design, conceptualize and sample layout, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts; Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material, and copy, select style and size of type; Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design; Develop graphics and layout for product illustration, company logo, banner, signage, billboards, and other printing materials; Review final layout and suggest improvement, if needed; Prepare illustration or rough sketches of material and discuss with clients, and do changes, if necessary; Use computer software to generate new images; Maintain archive of images, photos or previous work designs; Layout newspaper pages, print and make necessary corrections, if needed; Do other related duties as required. |
