| Job Duties: | Compiles, prepares and analyzes accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting standards. Reviews subsidiary ledgers and reconciles accounts for any discrepancies. Performs and reconciles daily business transactions and posting to proper accounts. Prepares payroll computations, bank account reconciliations, schedules of Accounts Receivable and Payable. Prepares and maintains all accounting and financial records and creates Financial Statement using Peachtree Accounting software. Report to management the regarding the finances of the company. Computes and prepares the required monthly, quarterly and annual local and federal tax returns ensuring compliance with payments and reporting on a timely manner. Provides all documents and reports in completing the annual review. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 Work days will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Employer offers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier, The employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
