Job Title:	Driver Salesman
Job Duties:	Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer receipts. Drive trucks to deliver bakery products. Write customer orders and sales contracts according to company guidelines. Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes. Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding products or services. Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or deliver record. Arrange merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers. Review lists of customers, or station drops and load trucks. Collect and remove aged merchandise of bakery products. Drives safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Keeps company vehicle clean and ensures it is well-maintained, had fuel, oil and ready to safely drive. May have to lift palette of baked goods for up to 25 pounds.

Qualification Requirements:	Twelve (12) months work experience as a Driver and Salesman experience required. Must possess a valid CNMI Driver's License. Good Customer Service Skills and Good Communication Skills. Must be able to listen and address customer complaints and concerns in a respectful, courteous, customer-oriented manner, and effective manner that shows awareness of others' reactions and understanding. Must be able to lift, carry, and deliver heavy objects including up to 25 pounds from vehicle to customer's facilities. Ability to work under pressure and to work on a team. Ability to work long distances. Must agree to a post-offer pre-employment drug screening test and random drug testing. The employer requires the post-offer pre-employment drug screening test and random drug testing to be applied equally to both U.S. workers and CW-1 workers. Must not have any driving violations within the last three (3) years and must agree to provide a post-offer pre-employment police clearance record. The employer requires the post-offer pre-employment police clearance records to be applied equally to both U.S. workers and CW-1 workers. Must obtained required TB clearance, food handler certificate, and any other necessary certificates, permits or licenses under applicable CNMI and Federal Laws.

Comments:	EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties. RECRUITMENT INFORMATION.
