| Job Duties: | Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Season and cook meat products according to order preference. Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Do inventory and purchases of supplies and menu ingredients. Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils. Do other related duties as assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be High School graduate with 1-year work-related experience. Specialized knowledge in suckling pig seasoning and roasting, beef jerky drying & smoking. Know meat cutting standard or premium cuts for marketing and wrapping meats. Must be honest, thrust worthy and has no criminal or theft records. Must know the principles and processes for providing excellent customer services. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet work deadlines. Must be physically fit to be able to handle all kinds of strenuous work. |
