| Job Duties: | Provide the necessary home office support for missionaries. Work with Regional Directors to address issues and provide practical, spiritual, physical and psychological assistance to the missionaries serving on the field. Provide counseling networks for missionaries. Coordinate re-entry debriefing for missionaries returning from the field. Host visiting missionaries that come. Work closely with Human Resources Manager to make sure the needs of all missionaries are met and that they meet all of requirements. |

Ability to manage resources and timelines for multiple missionaries running simultaneously. |
