| Job Duties: | •Develops and implements strategic plans for all functions and operational groups under the care of the Hospitality and Affairs department complying with the Company’s strategic vision and plan •Periodically monitors the performance of the Company against the approved strategic objectives and goals •Performs and presents hospitality industry and market research to enable a smoother decision making process for CEO and top management •Communicates, directs and manages all functions performed within the departments •Initiates and leads and business liaison and corporate/company affairs assigned by management •Assists to develop quality service standard for all VIP guests and all level guests •Assist with Executive level reporting to ensure and maintain industry best practices • Coordinates departmental strategic planning to include project and workforce development •Prepare analysis reports based on operating budgets, forecasts, financial statements (i.e. income statements, profit and loss, statement of cash flows, etc.) •Develop and monitor industry KPIs and drive revenues up through service and operational efficiency and effectiveness •Assure the highest degree of guest service in the VIP gaming areas by working with the Learning and Development team in creating and implementing workforce training plans and quality assurance programs •Build and support a strong and strategically focused VIP service team •Liaise with the VIP marketing teams to ensure the smooth and effective running of the multiple VIP outlets and its clients •Effectively monitor the department’s overall expenditures to maximize the Company’s resources whilst fostering a cost-conscious mentality to help to operate within the target budget and forecasts •Implement and standardize operational strategies, standardized systems, and launch different audits to help the department remain accountable and responsible •Foster a goal-oriented, positive, and motivated atmosphere amongst the entire department •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct •Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | •4 years or more professional experience in fine dining operations, hotel operations, luxury villa operations, and luxury yacht operations •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience •Capable of managing 100+ team members of varying cultural backgrounds •In-depth knowledge of hotel, leisure, food and beverage, and service sector •In-depth knowledge of industry best-practices and is well-versed with the discipline •Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team to meet and exceed company targets and forecasts •Be able to significantly contribute towards achieving KPIs and goals •Experience in restaurant establishment, menu development, and pre-opening of 5-star international hotel/resort •Clear understanding of the protocols of market trends •Familiar with the procedure for developing and launching successful VIP events •Be able to speak, read, and write in English •Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin •Be computer and POS software literate •Excellent product knowledge of International cuisines and beverages •Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets •Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure •Ability to work a flexible schedule |

| Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
