Job Title: Manager - Marketing Communications & Events (Greater China)
Job Duties: •Help develop, manage, and implement strategic communication and media relations initiatives and programs in Greater China; •Build and enhance company brand awareness among target market sectors and customer segments in Greater China, and promote company’s core values; •Engage multiple channels (print, broadcast, digital and events) to strengthen our brand positioning in Greater China, and maintain company’s social media account at WeChat, Weibo, and other social media platform; •Manage company programs for select business lines and/or end markets in Greater China, including website, newsletters, advertisement, collateral development, and promotional campaign; •Develop targeted media marketing strategies and implement, achieving high market impact and high return on investment; •Support other marketing efforts in Greater China; •Support government affairs from a marketing communication perspective; •Oversee the development and production of promotional and collateral materials; •Oversee the marketing and social media campaign of the company; •Communicate program details for properties; •Communicate with appropriate departments regarding set-up changes and final counts; •Overnight travel for business relates activities as needed; •Through leadership and supervision encourage behaviors that promote health and safety responsibility, accountability and awareness; •Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors; •Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively; •Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications; •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct; •Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree Holder or equivalent working experience •5 years or above experience in Marketing/Public Relations/Events industry •At least 3 years supervisory experience •Familiar with media operation in Greater China and good knowledge of digital media / website operation •Good knowledge of Greater China’s media relations and understanding the specific (digital, social) media marketing channels •Prior experience in PR firms, news agencies, business or industry media are strongly preferred •Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred •Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets •Proactive and innovative problem solver •Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint •Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis •Fluent in English & Chinese to deal with Greater China media •Good Chinese writing skill to prepare the marketing tools, materials & marketing announcement • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
