Job Title: Supervisor - Gaming Technical Service
Job Duties: •Develop a culture that promotes and maintains a high level of morale amongst the team, and develops positive working relationships with all related departments. •Build an environment where staff have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, to foster a harmonious workplace and ensure that they are recognized for their consistent contribution towards attaining departmental and company goals. •Treat all staff with respect and fairly. To ensure absenteeism and staff turnover are maintained at a reasonable level. •Maximize the productivity of technicians and other contractors ensuring that all repairs configurations/installations and maintenance are completed in a timely manner with minimal down time and disruption. •Assist in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items and consumables for Slot Machines and Table Games equipment. •Develop a sound working relationship to enhance dealings with manufacturers/external suppliers ensuring maximum service to the company. •Inspect and test new software, hardware and Gaming / Slot Machines for use at the gaming area. •To report new faults and other relevant information to manufacturers as required and ensure a safe and clean environment for casino customers •Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year supervisory level experience in electronic gaming or casino industry, knowledge of the various types of gaming / slot machines, and other gaming relative equipment; certificate in Electronics/Electrical or engineering is an advantage • High school graduate or equivalent working experience. • Knowledge of installation and maintenance of gaming machines, table games installation and maintenance of gaming machines, table games or other relative equipment, jackpot links and gaming management systems. •Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. •Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. •Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. •Able to work any day of the week and any shift. •Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. •Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. •Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
