| Job Duties: | Attend to children at schools, businesses, private households, and child care institutions. Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play. Maintain a safe play environment Observe and monitor children's play activities. Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts. Care for children in institutional setting, such as group homes, nursery schools, private businesses, or schools for the handicapped. Sanitize toys and play equipment. Dress children and change diapers. Instruct children in health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet habits. Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas. Assist in preparing food and serving meals and refreshments to children. Discipline children and recommend or initiate other measures to control behavior, such as caring for own clothing and picking up toys and books. Regulate children's rest periods. Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas. Help children with homework and school work. Accompany children to and from school, on outings, and to medical appointments and perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 3 months of work experience. Work days will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
