Job Duties: | Inspect or test machinery equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Replace and install defective solar panel and other equipment parts. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machine continue to run smoothly. Paint or repair roofs, solar panels or other parts of building structures. Perform routine maintenance of the solar farm to ensure panel is being generated power consistenly. |

Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate with minimum of 1 year working experience in the solar farm. Can identify issues and source information to resolve problems of the machines and solar panel quickly. Knowledge and skill to maintain, replace, adjust, install parts, repair solar panels and combiners.Knowledgeable in analyzing solar inverter fault. |

Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for (1) Maintenance and repair workers, General . (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 8hours per day. (3) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work.
