| Job Duties: | Operate Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working, drawings, charts, forms & record. Analyze building codes, by-laws, space & site requirements & other technical documents & reports to determine their effect on architectural designs. Coordinate structural, electrical & mechanical designs, determine a method of representation to graphically represent building plans. Draw rough & detailed scale plans for foundations, building & structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, calculations & other data. Do estimation, materials take off & submittal's preparation, field inspection & supervision. |
