| Job Duties: | Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Collect payments from customers. Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware. Escort customers to their tables. Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning the bathroom. Inform customers of daily specials. Provide guests with information about local areas, including giving directions and perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 6 months of work experience. Workdays will be Sunday to Monday except Tuesday is a day off and work hours will be from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
