| Job Duties: | Financial Management Duties -Basic accounting functions to include invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation and bank deposits -Update and keep records of incoming/outgoing financials via Quickbooks -Prepare invoices/statements/credit memos/sales receipts for customers/members. -Prepare and complete event financials after each event, training, and membership meeting. -Prepare monthly financials with accountant and assist in reconciliation of finances. Database Management Duties -Maintain membership files including the following: 1) financial documentation, 2) contact information, 3) engagement information, 4) types of membership, 5) supporting documents (e.g., membership applications, business licenses, supporting documents) Administrative Duties and Operational Support -Spearhead office operations including but not limited to: 1) printing for members, 2) scheduling conference room engagements, 3) maintaining office inventory, and 4) communicating office needs to building owners. -Filing paperwork to maintain good standing with local and federal nonprofit requirements -Attend committee meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure that action items are accomplished before the next committee meeting. -Basic administrative tasks and general business support functions |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum Requirements -Minimum High School degree or equivalent required -Minimum 1 - 2 years in basic cashiering, basic accounting or customer service -Experience in a top-level, high-pressure, deadline-oriented executive environment -Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office, Google Suite, calendaring, written, and verbal communications -Demonstrate initiative and interact effectively with others in a team environment -Availability for Chamber functions during office hours and as scheduled outside of regularly scheduled hours. -Reliable transportation to and from work and to work-related events. -Work authorization in the United States. Preferred Requirements -High level of competence with Quickbooks or similar accounting program (1-2 years of experience) -Accounting or bookkeeping experience: (1-2 years of experience) -Associates degree or higher in related field (Accounting, Finance, Management, Business, etc.) |
