| Job Title: | Accounting Associates |
| Job Duties: | Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Develop and modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Working with spreadsheets, sales & purchase ledgers and journals. Managing petty cash disbursement and reconciliation. Sorting out the incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries. Prepare inventory reports of meat products, livestock, & supplies. Purchase Order slaughtering and meat packing supplies. Receive orders from clients; prepare invoices, monthly statements and collect payments. Prepare weekly and monthly report of sales, expenses, receivables and payables. Monitor and compute employee’s timesheets. Send customer’s billing and do payment collection. Corresponds and answer to US-FSIS inspector queries and corrective actions. Do company errands. Do other duties as assign from time to time |

Holder of an Associates degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2-years work experience in Accounting position. Knowledgeable in accounting function of a company. Proficient in using Peachtree, QuickBooks, and Microsoft office software. Employment Certificate from previous employer is required for all applicants. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet the target goal. Must be able to secure CNMI driver license. |
