| Comments: | Saipan Dolphin Corporation is looking to fill One (1) Warehouseman position in Saipan, CNMI. The work will be perfomed only at Saipan Dolphin Corporation Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Street San Jose, Saipan MP 96950. This job opportunity is a Temporary, Full time position and we are looking to fill the job opening for employment from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. Job Description: Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Keep records and compile stock reports. Terms and Conditions of Employment: Worker will be paid $7.39 per hour, 35 hours per work week, bi-weekly and payable by check. Overtime is available and will be paid $11.09 per hour. Hourly schedule is from 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday to Saturday and Monday is off-day. Employer will deduct all applicable deductions required by law.Three Fourths Guarantee (20 CFR 655.423 (f)): The Employer must guarantee to offer the worker employment for the total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the work days of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: (20 CFR 655.423(j)(1)): The Employer must provide or reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US , including another part of the Commonwealth, or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the work contract. The Employer may arrange and pay for the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to teh worker before the worker's departure or pay the worker for the reasonable cost incurred by the worker. The amount of the transportation payment must be no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation involved. Daily Transportation to and from Worksitewill not be provided. On-the-Job Training: The Employer will not provide on the job training. Tools and Equipment: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, equipment and supplies required to perform the job. Board, Lodging or other Facilities: The Employer will not provide board, lodging or other facilities but may help find a place to stay during the whole employment contract.
