| Job Duties: | Cafeteria Supervisor oversees employees and food production. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following: responsible for scheduling and supervising the entire food preparation, serving and custodial staff of a cafeteria. The cafeteria supervisor also plans menus, orders necessary supplies, food, and other ingredients, and organizes and maintains the inventory of these ordered goods when they are received by the cafeteria, and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ensure that all federal, state and local health codes for food service operations are followed by supervising and training staff. The manager also follows the guidelines placed in the cafeteria's budget, ensuring that costs do not exceed the amount of money allocated for food service. Cafeteria supervisor takes inventory, order food and supplies and checks the quality and quantity of orders received. |

| Qualification Requirements: | The candidate must be honest, reliable, dependable, team worker, experience working in a Christian school environment is a plus, professional, and willing to adhere to the rules and regulations of the employer. He/she must have at least 12 months of work experience as a school cafeteria supervisor (manager is also preferred). He/she must also be of the same faith to help the organization instill and carry out the mission/vision of the employing organization. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on September 30, 2019 to September 29, 2022 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
