| Job Duties: | Fast Food Worker greets and serves customers, prepares product, maintain food safety and sanitation standards and handles or processes light paper works. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position, tasks and responsibilities include: exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customer/guests and preparing their orders; demonstrate a complete understanding or menu items and explains them to customers accurately; uses point-of-sale (POS) system, cash register to record the order and computer amount of the bill; collects payment from customers and makes change; performs cash-in procedures, accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc. during shift; prepares food neatly, according to formula and in timely manner; checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift; clean and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image; understands and adhere to the wash, rinse and sanitize method of cleaning; understands and adhere to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Subway(R) operations manual; daily procedures; maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway(R) operations manual; daily procedures. Performs light paper works (end of day sales report) as assigned; completes the University of Subway courses as directed. |
