Job Title: TOUR MANAGER
Job Duties: Duties: 1.) Plan transportation and accommodations for travel agency customers. 2.) Determine destination modes of transportation, travel dates, cost and accommodations required. 3.) May also describe plan and arrange itineraries and sell tour packages. 4.) May assist in resolving clients travel problem. 5.) Oversees Tour guides and fix their schedule. 6.) Plan tour itineraries, applying knowledge of travel routes and destination sites. 7.) Resolve any problems with itineraries, service or accommodations. 8.) Sell travel packages. 9.) Arrange for tour or expedition details such as accommodations, transportation, equipment and the availability of medical personnel. 10.) Evaluate services received on tour, report findings to the organizers

Qualification Requirements: • Must be at least High school Graduate with 2 years related experience. • Must be knowledgeable in computer programs ( Excel, Word and Online Reservation System) • Must be able to read, write and speak Korean Language for better communications with the main office and with the customers. • At least 2 years related experience in travel/tourism industry. • Police clearance required- equally applied to both US workers and CW-1 Workers. • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License. • Previous work experience Certificate required- equally applied to both US workers and CW-1 Workers.
