| Job Duties: | THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER PREPARES YOUNGER STUDENTS FOR FUTURE EDUCATION BY TEACHING THEM VITAL SUBJECTS, SUCH AS READING, SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS. ... THEY DEVELOP AND ENFORCE CLASSROOM RULES TO TEACH PROPER BEHAVIOR. JOB DUTIES ARE THE FOLLOWING: 1.TEACHES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN A CLASSROOM, UTILIZING COURSE OF STUDY ADOPTED BY EUCON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. 2.DEVELOPS LESSON PLANS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS GROUP INSTRUCTION IN ORDER TO ADAPT THE CURRICULUM TO THE NEEDS OF EACH STUDENT. TRANSLATES LESSON PLANS INTO LEARNING EXPERIENCES. 3.ESTABLISHES AND MAINTAINS STANDARDS OF STUDENT BEHAVIOR NEEDED TO ACHIEVE A FUNCTIONAL LEARNING ATMOSPHERE IN THE CLASSROOM. EVALUATES STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH, KEEPS APPROPRIATE RECORDS, AND PREPARES PROGRESS REPORTS. 4.COMMUNICATES WITH PARENTS THROUGH CONFERENCES AND OTHER MEANS TO DISCUSS STUDENTS’ PROGRESS AND INTERPRET THE SCHOOL PROGRAM. 5.IDENTIFIES STUDENT NEEDS AND COOPERATES WITH OTHER PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS IN ASSESSING AND HELPING STUDENTS SOLVE HEALTH, ATTITUDE, AND LEARNING PROBLEMS. 6.MAINTAINS PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE THROUGH IN-SERVICE EDUCATION ACTIVITIES PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONAL GROWTH ACTIVITIES. 7.PARTICIPATES COOPERATIVELY WITH THE APPROPRIATE ADMINISTRATOR TO DEVELOP THE METHOD BY WHICH THE TEACHER WILL BE EVALUATED IN CONFORMANCE WITH GUIDELINES, AND MAINTAINS REQUIRED INVENTORY RECORDS. 8.SUPERVISES STUDENTS IN OUT-OF-CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES DURING THE SCHOOL DAY. 9.PARTICIPATES IN CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AS REQUIRED. 10.PARTICIPATES IN FACULTY COMMITTEES, CHURCH FUNCTIONS AND THE SPONSORSHIP OF STUDENT ACTIVITIES. 11.PERFORM OTHER ASSIGNED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS NECESSARY IN THE MINISTRY. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on September 30, 2019 to September 29, 2022 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
