| Job Duties: | Install and repair refrigeration systems, adjust or replace worn or defective mechanism and parts and reassembles repaired systems; troubleshoot post mix machines, ice maker, freezer, chiller of clients/customers; troubleshoot air conditioning system of the company office building and company vehicles; discuss and address systems malfunctions with supervisor, identify and recommend resolutions; prepares and submits the company required job order report, parts order and keeps good record of the same; conducts preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, coolers, freezers and other mechanical equipment, including but not limited to inventory of parts and services needed; repairs or troubleshoot electronic devices in the office and properties of company affiliates (e.g. microwave oven, signage, fire alarm, telephone lines, etc.) ; performs other related duties, special projects or responsibilities assigned. |
