Job Duties: Provide administrative support to legal service, manpower service and other service companies, including bookkeeping, record keeping, basic tax form preparation and filing, handle licensing issues with various government agencies, electronic case management and electronic legal filing, calendaring, facilitate court and client communication, banking, document delivery and filing, coordinate with various government agencies for clients at employer's direction. Employee must have his/her own transportation to be used for Employer business.

Qualification Requirements: Associate's Degree is minimum requirement, required 24 months training and 24 months work experience. With extensive knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Timeslips, Quicbooks, PowerPoint and Outlook software mandatory. Licensing, permitting and electronic filing skills in on the job training for any new hire for the position. Experience with payroll, accounting and basic tax reparation. Must have a personal vehicle, fully insured and available for use during workday to travel around Saipan for the company.
