Job Title: Officer - Gaming Audit
Job Duties: •Participates in the daily collection of gaming audit documents and gaming reports and performs. •Audits gaming activity in accordance with gaming audit standard operating procedures for one or more of the following areas as assigned by the upper level: Table games, Slots, Main Bank, Fill Bank, Inter-company Casino Transactions, Anti-Money Laundering and Junket Compliance other areas as required. •Prepares exception reports for violation of gaming or cage procedure as necessary, for review by manager or above. •Assists in preparation of necessary reports to the Commonwealth Casino Commission regarding revenue, rolling, and other items as assigned. •Assist to design and implement internal control systems within the Cage operations, including proper segregation of duties, access, and custody. •Oversee credit card transactions for non-gaming operations. •Undertakes strategic reviews of compliance for the above. •Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents. •Complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. •Maintaining customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. •Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. •Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •Tertiary qualifications in business or accounting. •Minimum of two years Audit/Finance/Accounting experience •With understanding of the Gaming Audit process to include Cage, Slot Operations, Table Games, and Patron Management is preferred •Working knowledge of Casino operational environment is preferred •Must be a responsible, highly motivated, and flexible individual that can work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Gaming system reports. •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products. •Strong understanding of the accounting process and Internal Controls. •Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. •Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. •Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
