| Job Duties: | • Observe Staff performance to on to assure conformance with company standards. • Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. • Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. • Direct and coordinate activities of business. • Direct non-merchandising departments of business, such as advertising or purchasing. • Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations or increase efficiency. • Coordinates with other Tour Agencies who handles incoming Korean Tourist customers. • Assist in arranging & coordinating activities of Tour companies engaged in conducting marine & land tour activities for Korean tourists, observe agent performance on tours to assure conformance with standards. • Prepares reports on tour activities, correspond with tour operators in Korea, prepare exit & arrival schedules, must be able to formulate, organize & execute attractive & competitive tour package in Korean to be sold in Korea • Act as liaison between tour agents and company and resolves any problems if any arises. • Must know system knowledge in computer and perform other duties as required |
