Job Title: Vice President - Projects
Job Duties: • Oversees and manage the projects on construction, working with Operations on packing, production position which will see the transition to operations to drive the concept upon completion. • Develop Operating Briefs and coordination with project. • Support the project relating to F&B, Construction, Facility and Hotel to communicate with those departments for operations need. • Provide leadership and direction in developing the department’s budget, short and long-term objectives of project & construction plan. • Developing budgets, forecast, purchase specifications, operating equipment needs, develop menus, food production control, job descriptions and other department criteria and standards. • Analyze & monitor the expenditure of the project. • Conduct team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and recommendations. • Investigate accidents and breakages within the department and recommend corrective actions. • Initiate and implement training of supervisors and hourly staff designed to provide the highest levels of proficiency, efficiency, and confidence in the delivery of service. • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Assist in inventory management and cost control activities while maintaining high quality. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or other related field preferred; or must have equivalent working experience. • Must have 4 years of experience in manager or above positions in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property. • Must have F&B pre-opening experience. • Familiar with the procedure for developing or launching the VIP events. • Experience in serving or handling VIP events. • Multi lingual to converse with joint venture and franchisee operators in English and Mandarin preferred. • Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports to be able to assist in the financial management department. • Exceptional interpersonal and guest relation skills. • Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
