Job Title: DIRECTOR OF CAGE & COUNT OPERATIONS
Job Duties: • Ensure the procedures are in compliance with company standards including anti-money laundering regulations. • Review applicable regulations on a regular basis to verify compliance with existing standards, communicates all discrepancies with the department and management. • Ensure that Cage & Count Operations are conducted in a secure, efficient and accountable manner and in compliance with all relevant procedural & legal requirements. • Maintains a strong operations awareness of issues affecting Cage & Count Operations including local and regional regulatory & compliance matters. • Ensures the security and integrity of the overall Cage & Count environment and all funds & commodities contained therein. • Effective liaison with other departments and Casino regulatory authorities. • Interacts with Department and Company Team Members and Management professionally and positively. • Attends Department and inter-Department meetings and shares relevant information. • Review, monitor and approve all team members’ roster, leave application and attendance record. • Adhere to the departmental business plan & project and maintaining of Key Performance Objectives for Cage & Count • Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of business improvement processes which enhance operational systems efficiency • Maintain awareness of and report on matters consistent with the compliance and risk management program • Ensure the accuracy of daily revenue counting in terms of cash and wager instrument from all gaming tables and slot machines. • Ensure all Cage & Count Procedures comply with internal control standards that meets all relevant regulatory requirements. • Maintain awareness of and report on matters consistent with the compliance and risk management program • For Gaming Table Drop Operation, ensure all drop boxes are prepared in an orderly manner and being collected completely. • Establish standard process in inventory and cash controls of all areas of the Cage department such as Mass Gaming Front Window, VIP Front Window, Main bank / Marker Bank, Chip Bank and Team Member Bank. • Monitor and ensure that the Cage & Count operational process and procedural controls are properly established and are in place. • Establish Casino Cage & Count Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team’s guidance and reference in handling new activities, tasks and/or services impacting casino finance. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree Holder with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field. • 2 years in casino industry with demonstrated progression casino experience including 2 years Casino Cage Management experience in a large hotel/casino environment with significant international business. • Strong knowledge, skills, and work experience in Casino Count Operations and Cage Administrations. • Familiar with Casino Management Systems • Knowledge of gaming operations – mass gaming and VIP marketing operations including premium player program and junket programs. • Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an advantage. • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and with staff at remote locations essential. • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. • Proficient computer skills. • Must be able to multi-task

Comments: 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
