| Job Duties: | • To provide direction and oversight for the gaming technical service department, direct & supervise the maintenance and service of all gaming equipment, including electronic and electromechanical auxiliary peripherals associated with relative department for the company. • To develop and maintain all department services policy & procedures and ensure electronic gaming devices are set up comply with government regulations and approval • To ensure adequate staff training is maintained with highest level of customer services and review employee performance to maximize efficiency. • To prepare and evaluates all labor scheduling and manpower. • To monitor employee adherence to performance standards regularly. • To establish and maintain open channels of communication within the department and establish a team atmosphere where all members are treated with dignity and respect. • To ensure all standards and customer service charter is adhered to. • Analyze electronic gaming machine financial information on a daily basis with the goal of maximizing efficiency and revenue. • To ensure effective labor management of the operation and ensure compliance with company policy and local gaming law. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits. • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 4 years gaming technical/ gaming machine management experience in gaming machine / slots / Casino industry, Knowledge of gaming technical/ gaming machine, policies and procedures. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Must have experience and sound understanding of Standard Business Applications; AutoCAD application (version 2013 or higher); Inventory Management Systems; Project Management Systems. • Must be able to operate and familiarize the hardware and software of Casino Management Systems such as; IGT sBx system; Paltronics One Link 3E system; DEQ Stud Poker system; MEI Cash Flow application; Transact Ticket Printer application; Roulette Wheel analytical system. • Knowledge in electricity, power consumption calculation, network infrastructure design and skills in casino floor design. • Assist in staff training / hiring / manpower planning / and others department business need. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |

| Comments: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
