| Job Title: | Automotive Master Mechanics |
| Job Duties: | Perform Inspection, Service, and repair of the auto air-Conditioning system, engines, brakes, and other parts of cars, buses and trucks by checking every component and whole range of vehicle safety systems. Perform routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns. Change oil and oil filter, check tires, inspect fluids, and examine belts and hoses. Overhauls and repairs engines and transmissions on gas and diesel equipment. Perform tune-ups on vehicles. Overhauls, repairs and / or replaces other vehicle parts. Replace shock absorbers, checks and balances, wheels and checks for proper tires and alignment. Perform diversified electrical work on all automotive and related equipment. Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repairs or replaces digital electronic components and computers, Fabricates and or reconstructs equipment by using gas, arc, NIG or TIG welding methods. Perform emission control repair, replacement and testing on all required vehicles. Road tests vehicles to locate operational defects prior to returning to active use. Overhauls, repairs, and maintains heavy equipment which may include tractors, crawlers, and the like. Performs auto air-conditioning check and repair, replacing defective air-conditioning parts (compressor, evaporator, condenser) and checking of freon. Operates shop machines, such as milling and metal lathes, to rebuild or fabricate machine parts. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be proficient, know to analyse automotive and auto air-con problems. Knowledge of Car's mechanical and electronic systems. Must know to operates shop tools and machines. Competence with a variety of electronic tools such as infrared engine analyzers and computers. Operates shop tools and machines Modify, design and fabricate special purpose equipment. High School Diploma. Minimum of 12 months work experience. Communicate fluently in both written and oral form. |
