Job Title: AUDITING CLERK
Job Duties: Perform audit checks on customer balances and vendor payments. Perform an audit check and verify the correctness of all expenses accounts. Compile data and organize for audit reports and statement. Compute and verify ledger balances and book of accounts. Detect discrepancies in financial statements, reports, and records. Organize all financial data for the manages. Verify the computation of taxes. Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivables records. Reconcile bank and other financial records. Can use specialized computer software to review figures and documents compiled by other clerks. Auditing clerks are responsible for verifying the accuracy of financial records and catching mistakes made by other clerks or employees. auditing clerks work closely with bookkeepers and accountants. They are often the parties ultimately responsible for checking the financial information recorded by their colleagues. Preferably, have a background in General Accounting. A user of Quickbooks and Peach Tree software.

Qualification Requirements: Should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. With at least a minimum of 24 months work experience.
