| Job Duties: | Prepare and cook food in a fast food restaurant with a limited menu. The duties of these cooks are limited to preparation of a few basic items and normally involve operating large-volume single-purpose cooking equipment. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers or fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold. Prepare specialty foods, such as pizzas, fish and chips, sandwiches, or tacos, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions. Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.Serve orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables and perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 3 months of work experience. Work days will be Monday to Sunday except Monday is Day off and work hours will be from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
