| Job Duties: | Accompany company's tourist customers, individuals or groups, on sightseeing tours or through places of interest. May drive company’s tour vans to transport customers to and from airport, hotel, and visiting sites. Inform and warn customers of possible dangers and rules on sites, and assist customers and company's tour guides in case of emergency during tours. Research sightseeing destinations in advance, help organize schedules, and group lists. Confirm/change/adjust airline reservations at customer’s request. Take calls at the head office, and help inform customers of immigration and other procedures necessary at the airport, hotels, and any tourist sites. Help offer, sell, make reservations and collect payments for optional tours, and reconfirm such reservations with the vendors. Do other related duties to assist and support company’s tour guides. |
