| Job Title: | Maintenance Building Repairer |
| Job Duties: | Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties (such as Office and Staff House Building); Maintain cleanliness in the office such: vacuuming, washing and waxing floors, dusting, straightening or dust mopping, replenishing bathroom supplies and stocking supply in closets, washing walls and cleaning carpet; Repair counters, benches, partitions; or other wooden structures; Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall or other parts of the Staff House building; Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures; Perform routine maintenance for septic and water tank in good condition; Trouble shoot and diagnose problems on pumb, generator and telephone lines; Repairs plumbing fixtures and minor repair of air condition units; Duties also include unclogging drains or toilets and trimming of trees/grasses using power equipment and hand tools; Provide grounds keeping services such as landscaping; Dispose garbage's at land fill; Estimates costs of minor repair in the Office and Staff House; And perform other duties as required and as assigned. |
