| Job Duties: | Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Assist attendants and customers in loading & unloading of their belongings. May do minor repairs on establishments facility. Turn off and tag defective laundry machines. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Pls refer to O.net Job Zone for the minimum qualification. High School graduate with at least 1 year working experience in protective occupation. Must know basic skills in equipment and surveillance camera monitoring and repair. Must possess the following personality traits: surveillance skills, deals with uncertainty, judgment, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism, reporting skills and physically and psychologically fit. Hard worker and can work under less supervision. Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekend. |
