| Job Duties: | Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Perform food preparation and serving duties, such as carving meat, preparing flambe dishes, or serving wine and liquor. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems. Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety. Greet and seat guests, and present menus and wine lists. Schedule parties and take reservations. Perform all other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate with 12 months of on-the-job experience as Food Service Supervisor. This position requires examination and clearance for Food Handlers Certificate before hire. Food Handlers Certificate must be valid at all time during employment. . Knowledge on Point of Sale POS Restaurant Software. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Teaching others how to do something. Must be service-oriented and actively looking for ways to help people |

| Comments: | Job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Work will be performed at Club C located at Kanoa Resort, Susupe Beach Road , Saipan MP 96950. As required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE, The worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. The employer will deduct all mandatory CNMI and Federal Taxes. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Workers will be provided without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Employer will assist Employee to find board & lodging. Assistance service at no cost to Employee. Transportation: Inbound transportation and subsistence costs from point of origin will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract. Upon completion of the contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
