| Job Duties: | ENSURE THAT THE APARTMENT/HOUSE ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.CLEANS APARTMENT UNITS/HOUSE WHEN TENANTS MOVE OUT TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE FOR NEW TENANTS.RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING MINOR REPAIRS SUCH AS CHANGING DOOR KNOBS,LIGHT BULBS, TORN SCREEN WINDOW ETC.CLEAN APARTMENT/HOUSE FIXTURES, RESTROOMS,WINDOWS, STAIRS AND DOORS USING COMMON CLEANING CLOTHS AND BRUSHES AS WELL AS DIFFERENT MACHINES SUCH AS VACUUM. MUST KNOW THE SAFETY PROCEDURES IN USING CLEANING SUPPLIES WHICH MAY CONTAIN HARSH CHEMICAL THAT REQUIRE MUCH CARE AND CAUTION DURING APPLICATION. CLEAN AND DISINFECTS SINKS,COUNTER TOPS, TOILET, MIRROR FLOORS ETC.EMPTY TRASH,WASTE BASKETS AND RECYCLABLES AND TRANSPORT TO DISPOSAL AREA.PROMPTLY REPORTS APARTMENT ISSUES. MAY ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING RENTS AND ENFORCING BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS. |
