| Job Duties: | Responsible for successfully leading, managing, and growing company's residential solar program in Saipan and the CNMI. Must demonstrate a combination of entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership, and possess the ability to optimize processes and people to achieve maximum profitability and sales quotas. The General Manager will conduct himself to the highest standards of integrity and honesty by taking personal ownership of the Saipan Operation Center. Strategies, goals, quotas and customer base will be reviewed weekly with the Chief Operations Officer. The General Manager will oversee the sales, administration, construction and warehouse departments, and grow and manage each of these departments and meet the quotas established by the COO. Work directly with our marketing department to help increase our sales and visibility in the market place of CNMI. Work directly with CFO to develop spreadsheets for the accounting of this operation center in all facets of the operation. Oversee the construction department making sure that all of our projects are within budget and on schedule, ensuring our customers experience exceeds their expectations. Work with warehouse department ensuring that material quotas are adhered to, ensuring the construction teams have the proper material, tools, and safety equipment to complete our projects on time and efficiently. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Overtime work hours may be available, but not guaranteed. Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment as will the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1).
